Refund Policy

  • All items can be returned if they don't match the description and you will be refunded completely
  • All damaged items will be refunded completely or replaced as per your wish
  • Items must be unused to be eligible for a refund.
  • For the case of returns without a valid reason, the customer pays 20% of the price of the product restocking fee.
  • We trust that we are able to satisfy our customers' needs and if, for any applicable reason, our customer is not satisfied complete refund or exchange policies are adopted.
  • We offer free returns on all products except discounted ones

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • If you no longer want the purchase, you will be completely refunded.
  • If you use our return channel, you will be refunded as soon as we get confirmation from our logistics handler. Otherwise, we will recommend you a logistics handler in your local area. Once we receive the returned product we will refund you.
