Recently, the results of the 2018 annual project of the national education science “13th five-year plan” have been announced. Professor Shen Shuying of BLCU approved the project of “research on aggregation courses in colleges and universities”.
Aggregate curriculum is a new mode of teaching and learning. It has the same subject, interdisciplinary, cooperative teaching, cross-integration, cooperative learning, multi-dimensional perspective and other basic characteristics. It is conducive to promoting the development of university curriculum construction in the direction of improving students’ comprehensive quality and ability. This topic is problem-oriented, studying the rules, modes, paths, evaluation and resource construction of the aggregate curriculum in colleges and universities suitable for China’s national realities. It focuses on solving many problems such as the relatively isolated and closed curriculum, narrow knowledge of personnel training, weak professional communication ability, the inability to connect theoretical knowledge with practice, the inability to organically combine value education with knowledge education, the lack of cooperative exploration and independent innovation ability, etc. It establishes a new mode and path for the general education curriculum and the development of quality education, and establishes a comprehensive personnel training system to provide theoretical support for the cultivation of compound, innovative and applied Chinese international education talents.
